TSX and TSXV Congratulate EY Entrepreneur of the Year® Winners

November 25, 2015 (TORONTO) – Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) will hold a market open ceremony today to celebrate the overall regional winners of the 2015 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® (EOY) awards and the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women class of 2015. Also in attendance are the National Canadian judges for the program, as well as EOY alumni and the EY leadership team.

TSX and TSXV are proud to be national sponsors of this year's awards and were pleased to attend the EY EOY 2015 National Gala yesterday evening where the overall regional winners were honoured, three of which are chief executives of TSX-listed companies. Mr. Nick Thadaney, President and CEO, Global Equity Capital Markets, TMX Group was delighted to attend to present the Prairies Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

The EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards encourage entrepreneurial activity and celebrate those who are building and leading successful, growing and dynamic business's, recognizing them through regional, national and global awards programs in more than 145 cities in more than 60 countries. It is a year-long, multi-event program that culminates in finalist and alumni events throughout Canada in September and a National awards gala in Toronto in November.

For Market Openings: Media may pick up a feed from the TOC (television operations centre) for all market open ceremonies. The feed is named TSX Transmit 1 (SD-SDI) and is produced at TMX and sent live to the Toronto TOC. The client moves into position for the market open ceremony at approximately 9:27 a.m. and the markets will open with the sound of a SIREN (the traditional market open on Toronto Stock Exchange)
