About TMX Select
Owned and operated by TMX Group, TMX Select is a new Canadian ATS trading Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) listed securities. As a separate marketplace to complement TSX/TSXV, TMX Select offers additional execution options to the industry through differentiated features and pricing in our continued efforts to provide quality services to the trading community. Recognizing the increasing diversity of trading strategies and participants, TMX Select was designed to allow TMX greater flexibility in responding to evolving customer needs. TMX Select offers added choice, liquidity, and pricing models for participants while leveraging TMX Group's existing high performance technology and suite of trading services.

Seamless Integration
TMX Select has been designed to minimize the cost and effort of integrating with a new marketplace. Leveraging the TSX Quantum technology platform and order entry gateway, existing TSX/TSXV participants have instantaneous connectivity and seamless access to TMX Select using existing FIX and STAMP protocols. Real-timemarket data feeds are free of charge and are supported in the same format as TSX/TSXV feeds today. As a result, participants are able to quickly and efficiently access the benefits of trading on TMX Select without the cost, time, and effort typically involved in adapting to a new marketplace.
