This Capital Pool Company's ('CPC') Prospectus dated January 30, 2009 has been filed with and accepted by TSX Venture Exchange and the Alberta and British Columbia Securities Commissions and the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission effective February 3, 2009, pursuant to the provisions of the Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan Securities Acts. The Common Shares of the Company will be listed on TSX Venture Exchange on the effective date stated below.

The Company has completed its initial distribution of securities to the public. The gross proceeds received by the Company for the Offering were $387,100 (1,935,500 common shares at $0.20 per share).

Commence Date:     At the opening Thursday, May 7, 2009, the common shares will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange.
