The common shares of the Company will be listed and admitted to trading on TSX Venture Exchange, on the effective dates stated below.

The Company has completed its initial distribution of securities to the public. The gross proceeds received by the Company for the offering are $400,000 (4,000,000 common shares at $0.10 per share).

Commence Date: The common shares will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange at the opening Tuesday, April 7, 2009.
