Trident Performance Corp. II To Trade On Toronto Stock Exchange
Trident Performance Corp. II - An application has been granted for the original listing in the Industrial category of up to 10,000,000 Class A Shares of Trident Performance Corp. II (the "Company"), all of which will be issued and outstanding upon completion of an initial public offering (the "Offering"). Listing of the Class A Shares will become effective at 5:01 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2009 in anticipation of the Offering closing on Friday, April 24, 2009. The Class A Shares will be posted for trading at the opening on April 24, 2009.
Registration of interests in and transfers of Class A Shares will be made only through the book-based system of CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. ("CDS"). On the date of closing of the Offering, the Company will deliver to CDS a certificate evidencing the aggregate number of Class A Shares subscribed for under the Offering. Class A Shares must be purchased, transferred and surrendered for retraction only through a CDS Participant. Upon purchase of any Class A Shares, the owner will receive only the customary confirmation.
