Details of the Debentures:
Terms: 4 years and 1 day from the date of their issuance and are redeemable in full on February 28, 2013.
Redemption: The Debentures may be redeemed, at the option of the holder, in part, after 2 years.
Interest: 11.75% Interest is payable quarterly in arrears on January 1, April, July 1 and October 1 and of each year commencing July 1, 2009.
Conversion: The Debentures are convertible into common shares of the company at $2.00 per share at any time 6 days prior to maturity date.
Clearing and Settlement: The Debentures will clear and settle through CDS and DTC.
Board Lot: The Debentures will trade in a board lot size of $750.00 face value.
