The common shares of Asbestos Corporation Limited (the "Company") will be listed and admitted to trading on the NEX Board of TSX Venture Exchange, on the effective dates stated below.

Listing Date: At the close of business on Tuesday, December 9, 2008.

Commence Date: The common shares will commence trading on the NEX Board of TSX Venture Exchange at the opening Wednesday, December 10, 2008.

Effective at the opening Wednesday, December 10, 2008, the trading symbol for the Company will change from AB to AB.H. There is no change in the company's name, no change in its CUSIP number and no consolidation of capital.

The Company will be delisted from trading on Toronto Stock Exchange effective at the close of business on December 9, 2008, and will be listed on the NEX Board of TSX Venture Exchange at the same time. The Company no longer meets Toronto Stock Exchange continued listing requirements and also does not meet the requirements of a TSX Venture Tier 2 company.

As of December 10, 2008, the Company is subject to restrictions on share issuances and certain types of payments as set out in the NEX policies.

Capitalization: Unlimited number of common shares without par value and an unlimited number of preferred shares without par value of which 2,837,002 common shares are issued and outstanding and no preferred shares are issued and outstanding.
