Dejour Enterprises Ltd. To Trade On Toronto Stock Exchange
Dejour Enterprises Ltd. - (the “Company”) – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Oil & Gas category of 83,121,199 common shares of which 73,651,882 common shares will be issued and outstanding and 9,469,317 common shares will be reserved for issuance.
The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Thursday, November 20, 2008.
The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.

Incorporation: The Company was incorporated under the laws of Ontario on March 29, 1968 as “Dejour Mines Limited”, followed by a change of name to “Dejour Enterprises Ltd.” on November 5, 2001. On August 16, 2005, the Company was continued pursuant to the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).

Nature of Business: The Company is engaged in oil and gas exploration in Canada and the United States.

Dividends: The Company has not paid any dividends on its common shares. The Company may pay dividends on its common shares in the future if it generates profits. Any decision to pay dividends on common shares in the future will be made by the board of directors on the basis of the earnings, financial requirements and other conditions existing at such time.
