Mantra Resources Limited To Trade On Toronto Stock Exchange
Mantra Resources Limited (the "Company") - An application has been granted for the original listing in the Mining category of 123,104,994 ordinary shares of the Company, of which 109,304,994 ordinary shares are issued and outstanding, and 13,800,000 ordinary shares are reserved for issuance.
The ordinary shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Thursday, November 19, 2009.
The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.
