Alter NRG Corp. To Trade On Toronto Stock Exchange

Alter NRG Corp. – (the “Company”) – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Industrial category of 61,804,106 common shares of which 56,185,551 common shares will be issued and outstanding and 5,618,555 common shares will be reserved for issuance.

The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Monday, November 17, 2008.

The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.

Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol ANRGF.
