The common shares of Campbell Resources Inc. (the "Company") will be listed and admitted to trading on the NEX Board of TSX Venture Exchange, on the effective dates stated below.

Listing Date: At the close of business on Thursday, January 8, 2009.

Commence Date: The common shares will commence trading on the NEX Board of TSX Venture Exchange at the opening Friday, January 9, 2009.

Effective at the opening Friday, January 9, 2009, the trading symbol for the Company will change from CCH to CCH.H. There is no change in the company's name, no change in its CUSIP number and no consolidation of capital.

The Company was delisted from trading on Toronto Stock Exchange effective at the close of business on December 19, 2008. The Company no longer meets Toronto Stock Exchange continued listing requirements and also does not meet the requirements of a TSX Venture Tier 2 company.

As of January 9, 2009, the Company is subject to restrictions on share issuances and certain types of payments as set out in the NEX policies.
