The Company has completed its initial distribution of securities to the public. The gross proceeds received by the Company for the Offering were $225,875 (1,505,830 common shares at $0.15 per share).

Commence Date: At the opening Friday, January 9, 2009, the common shares will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange.
Trading in the common shares will be immediately halted upon commencement of trading and will remain halted until the filing of certain documentation with the TSX Venture Exchange.
