The Company's Initial Public Offering ('IPO') Prospectus dated December 29, 2009 has been filed with and accepted by TSX Venture Exchange, and filed with and receipted by the B.C. and Alberta Securities Commission on January 4, 2010, pursuant to the provisions of the B.C. and Alberta Securities Acts.

The gross proceeds received by the Company for the Offering were $2,100,000 (6,000,000 units at $0.35 per unit, each unit consisting of 1 common share and one-half of one transferrable share purchase warrant to acquire an additional common share at $0.50 per common share until July 28, 2011). The Company is classified as a 'Mineral Exploration' company.

Commence Date: At the opening February 1, 2010, the Common shares will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange.

Capitalization: Unlimited common shares with no par value of which 14,902,501 common shares are issued and outstanding.
