PMI Gold Corporation To Trade On Toronto Stock Exchange

PMI Gold Corporation (the “Company”) – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Mining category of 454,703,842 common shares of the Company, of which 412,912,584 common shares are issued and outstanding, and 41,791,258 common shares are reserved for issuance.

The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Friday, November 30, 2012.

The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.

Incorporation:The Company was incorporated on March 31, 1978, under the Company Act (British Columbia) under the name “Denar Mines Ltd.”. On August 31, 1987, the Company changed its name to “International Sinabarb Industries Ltd.” and to “Primero Industries Ltd.” on October 15, 1990. On March 27, 2001, the Company changed its name to “PMI Ventures Ltd.” and was subsequently continued under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). On May 23, 2006, the Company changed its name to “PMI Gold Corporation”.

Nature of Business:The Company is a resource exploration and development company which holds exploration and mining leases on the Ashanti and Asankrangwa Gold Belts of Ghana. The principal project of the Company is known as the Obotan Gold Project.
