Friday, November 20, 2009 - Horizons AlphaPro Seasonal Rotation ETF Opens the Market
Howard Atkinson, CEO and Ken McCord, President, AlphaPro Management Inc; Brooke Thackray and Don Vialoux, Research Analysts for JovInvestment and Robert Fotheringham, Senior Vice President, Trading TMX Group opened the market today to celebrate the listing of Horizons AlphaPro Seasonal Rotation ETF (HAC). Horizons AlphaPro Seasonal Rotation ETF was designed to provide exposure to a strategy of investing in markets or sectors that typically rally in different parts of the year. Don Vialoux and Brooke Thackray will provide technical analysis to capitalize on seasonal patterns. AlphaPro is a subsidiary of BetaPro Management Inc. the largest ETF provider on TSX by number of ETFs. BetaPro is a subsidiary of Jovian.

Thursday, November 19, 2009 - Claymore Investments Opens the Market

Tuesday, November 17, 2009 – Prostate Cancer Canada Opens the Market with CIBC and Stikeman Elliott LLP in Support of Movember

Friday, November 13, 2009 - China Wind Power International Corp. Opens the Market
Jun Liu, CEO and Chairman of the Board, China Wind Power International Corp. and Robert Fotheringham, Senior Vice President, Trading, TMX Group, opened the market today. China Wind Power is a Toronto-based company which indirectly holds the exclusive rights for wind energy development in Du Mon County, Heilongjiang Province, China. China Wind Power is presently constructing its first two wind farms, with construction of the first 49MW wind farm over 50% completed. China Wind Power is the sixth Chinese company to list on TSX Venture Exchange in 2009. There are currently 47 Chinese listings on Toronto stock exchanges. China Wind Power International Corp. trades on TSX Venture Exchange under the stock symbol CNW.

Thursday, November 12, 2009 - Crocodile Gold Corp. Opens the Market
Mike Hoffman, President and CEO, Crocodile Gold Corp. joined Ungad Chadda, Senior Vice President, Toronto Stock Exchange to open the market today. Crocodile Gold, a Toronto-based Canadian company, completed the acquisition of a number of past producing gold assets in the Northern Territory of Australia. Crocodile Gold tenements cover over 3,500 square kilometres. The assets are held through Crocodile Gold Australia Pty Ltd., a subsidiary of Crocodile Gold Corp. Crocodile Gold trades on Toronto Stock Exchange under the stock symbol CRK.
 
Wednesday, November 11, 2009 - TMX Group Honours Remembrance Day
Representatives from Veterans Affairs Canada and National Defence, the Canadian Forces and Tom Kloet, CEO, TMX Group opened the market to mark Remembrance Day. Senator Nicole Eaton was joined by Second World Veteran Jan de Vries. Each year, Canada marks Veterans' Week, November 5-11 to honour and remember all the men and women who served Canada in times of war, military conflict and peace. This year, Remembrance Day also marks the 65th anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy; the 65th anniversary of Italian Campaign and the 65th anniversary of the Liberation of Belgium. The brave Canadians who served in these Second World War campaigns answered their nation’s call during its time of greatest need. They left their homes and families to defend the values we hold dear: freedom, democracy and the rule of law. Lest we forget.

Tuesday, November 10, 2009 - Historica-Dominion Institute Opens the Market

Friday, November 6, 2009 - Certified General Accountants of Ontario Opens the Market
Representatives from The Certified General Accountants of Ontario (CGA Ontario) and Robert Fotheringham, Senior Vice President, Trading, TMX Group opened the market today. CGA Ontario is a self-governing body that grants the exclusive rights to the CGA designation, and controls the professional standards, conduct and discipline of its members in Ontario. The CGA designation will be granted to 956 newly accredited Certified General Accountants on November 7 at the official admission to membership ceremony. Wednesday, November 4, 2009 - Take Our Kids to Work Day Opens the Market
Tom Kloet, CEO, TMX Group, joined Grade 9 students to open the market today as part of Take Our Kids to Work Day, the annual national program which supports career development by helping students connect school, the work world and their futures. Since 1994, the program has expanded across the country, and to date, more than 1.5 million students and 75,000 workplaces have participated. TMX Group has participated in Take Our Kids to Work Day for the past several years.

Tuesday, November 3, 2009 - Canada's Sports Hall of Fame Opens the Market
Canada's Sports Hall of Fame along with Tom Kloet, CEO, TMX Group opened the market to celebrate the induction of seven more individuals at a gala dinner on November 3 at the Fairmont Royal York hotel. On hand to open the market was inductee Warren Moon, football quarterback legend and a member of five Grey Cup championship teams with the Edmonton Eskimos. The mission of Canada's Sports Hall of Fame is to inspire Canadian identity and national pride by telling the compelling stories of the outstanding achievements that make up Canada's sports history. Today, the Sports Hall of Fame honours 499 people representing some 56 sports.
