Insider Trade Marker Information

Product Description

Provides a security level, daily summary of insider buying and selling activities for the Toronto Stock Exchange and for the TSX Venture Exchange. This information is based on a trade related marker provided to TSX by brokers at the time a company insider either buys or sells a security.

Also included is a daily summary of corrections to insider buying and selling activities reported by brokers to regulatory organizations. Due to the sensitive nature of insider trading information, it is important to consider the corrections in conjunction with the daily summary of insider buying and selling activities. (See specification documents for further details.)

Subscribers to the TSX Insider Trade Marker Report data will receive four files:

• Buying and selling activity by insiders of companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange
• Buying and selling activity by insiders of companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange
• Corrections to buying and selling activity by insiders of companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange
• Corrections to buying and selling activity by insiders of companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange
