TMX Group owns and operates Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. Toronto Stock Exchange, established in 1852, provides senior issuers with efficient access to public equity, liquidity for existing and new investors, and the prestige and market exposure associated with being listed on a world-class market. Serving the public venture capital market, TSX Venture Exchange provides access to growth capital for early stage companies while offering investors a well-regulated market for making venture investments. The Equicom Group, our investor relations subsidiary, is a leading provider of investor relations and corporate communications services.
Trading
TMX Group has trading capability in cash equities, fixed income, derivatives and energy. Our trading strategy includes best-in-class technology solutions, innovative new trading products and a competitive pricing model that encourages increased trading and order flow. Wholly-owned Montréal Exchange provides interest rate, index and equity derivatives trading and clearing; it in turn owns a majority interest in Boston Options Exchange* (BOX). Natural Gas Exchange (NGX), a TMX Group subsidiary, is a leading North American exchange for the trading and clearing of natural gas and electricity contracts. TMX Group owns 47% of CanDeal.ca Inc., an institutional fixed income trading system, as well as 100% of Shorcan Brokers Limited, Canada's first fixed income inter-dealer broker. TMX Group is also the leading provider of fixed income indices in Canada.

TMX Datalinx offers real-time, historical and index data as well as corporate information, news, derivatives, fixed income and foreign exchange data to help investors make investment decisions on the Canadian capital markets. This information is available through a variety of global distribution channels and data vendors, including www.tmxmoney.com.

Toronto Stock Exchange is Canada's senior equities market, providing domestic and international investors with access to the Canadian marketplace. Issuers list a variety of securities on Toronto Stock Exchange, including conventional securities and equity-related products, including exchange traded funds, income trusts and investment funds.
NGX is a Canadian-based, North American leader in energy exchange, providing trading, clearing, settlement and data services for natural gas, crude oil and electricity contracts. NGX connects buyers and sellers to an electronic platform, offering a liquid, secure and efficient marketplace.
Montréal Exchange is Canada's only standardized financial derivatives exchange, offering expertise in financial derivatives, information technology and clearing services. It aims to operate and develop high quality market and clearing services for Canadian and international clients.
Shorcan is Canada's first inter-dealer broker, providing facilities for matching orders for federal, provincial, corporate and mortgage bonds and treasury bills for anonymous buyers and sellers in the secondary market. It is committed to innovation, investment in proprietary technology and exceptional client service.
Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC) offers clearing and settlement services for all transactions carried out on Montréal Exchange and is the guarantor for options and futures contracts traded on the market. It is the only clearinghouse in North America to offer clearing services on equity options, futures, and options on futures products.
Datalinx provides real-time, historical and index data to Canadian and international market participants. It also provides corporate information, news and foreign exchange data for investors to assist in making informed decisions about Canadian capital markets.
Equicom offers investor relations and corporate communications services to public companies in Canada, and is committed to providing best practices in investor communications, governance and disclosure.
TSX Venture Exchange is Canada's junior listings market, providing companies at the early stages of growth the opportunity to raise capital. TSX Venture offers an excellent venue for growth, while offering investors a well-regulated market for investing.
